Auto-Reply Messages
Sometimes it is important to notify colleagues of meeting or appointments a member of staff has.
This is where auto-reply messages come in. Auto reply allows the user to set up a message which defines what they are doing. For example, I have an appointment, back at 2 PM. This tells a co-worker where a user is and when they will return to their desk. Like auto response email messages, but much simpler to set up and much more specific to an individual date and time,this can allow other members of staff to prioritise tasks.
