Ross Cooney -- Managing Director
	Ross Cooney is the Managing Director and was one of the founding members of Rozmic. Ross has been at the forefront of spam and virus research for more than a decade. Working in partnership with some of the industry greats such as Trend Micro (www.antivirus.com) , Command Antivirus (www.authentium.com) and Beginfinite (www.gwava.com). Ross has particular expertise in Linux software development and has given a number of seminars in the UK and US to some of the top software development companies. Ross is a regular visitor and speaker at the annual Novel Brainshare events and Advisor Summit shows. He has been nominated by the Irish Internet Association for a Net Visionary Award in the Internet Entrepreneur category and listed as a business “role model” by the Discover Your Potential (www.discover-your-potential.co.uk) campaign in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Ross is a keen supporter of the Newcastle Falcons rugby team and a ridiculously bad snowboarder and wakeboarder.
Robin Mackie - Chairman
	Robin is a well known North East businessman with a track record of creativity and entrepreneurial flair. A Northern Irish import with a strong engineering background, Robin is never afraid to challenge complacency and always pushes opportunity. Robin acts as chairman on several local, national and international businesses, including: NEMI-CAI Evo Medical Inc Robin has been a director, mentor and visionary for Rozmic since early 2005.
Sean Sollom -- Development Team - Software Engineeer
	Sean joined Rozmic in November 2005 as a Windows Software Engineer. he has since produced several applications on both the Windows Desktop and Windows Mobile platforms. He has a strong background in both Communications and Public Safety and Security, having worked for both Nokia and Sepura on the Tetra standard for a number of years. In addition to this he has worked on large scale radiation systems at secure sites, and so can boast knowledge of systems designed for maximum security environments. Sean has a young family and as a consequence is very good at changing nappies.
Rich Rogerson -- Graphic Design
	Rich Rogerson joined Rozmic Wireless as an in-house Graphic Designer in Nov06 he was selected to join Rozmic Wireless from the Graphic Design BA class of 2006 Northumbria University. Since joining he has been working on various aspects, including a full website re-design and Rozmic Messenger rebranding.
